En la determinación del "área afectada en cada predio" a que se refiere el numeral 3) del artículo 10º de la Ley 56 de 1981, se tendrá en cuenta, a juicio de la entidad propietaria de las obras, no sólo los terrenos afectados por condiciones normales de operación, sino las franjas adicionales que pueden requerirse como protección por inundaciones probables o crecientes máximas, protección de taludes o reforestación.
