Art. 48. Corresponde al Contador que haya examinado la cuenta, conceder la apelación interpuesta ó declarar ejecutoriado el auto cuando no fuere apelado, ó cuando se apeló fuera de tiempo; y á la Sala de segunda instancia, en su caso, hacer igual concesión ó declaratoria respecto de las apelaciones interpuestas para ante la Corte Suprema.
