En ningún establecimiento podrán venderse por mayor las sustancias señaladas en este Decreto, sino con permiso escrito del Director Nacional o de los Directores de Higiene de los Departamentos o Intendencias. El vendedor debe dejar constancia de la venta anotando el nombre y residencia del comprador. Se considera como venta por mayor toda cantidad que exceda de las dosis farmacéuticas para empleo terapéutico en tres días.
