Artículo primero. Las pólizas DE Seguros para accidentes personales en viajes marítimos y terrestres, tanto nacionales como internacionales, causarán un Impuesto de Timbre del 5% sobre el valor de la prima que se cobre al asegurado. Las especies correspondientes se adherirán y anularán en el duplicado de la respectiva póliza, al momento de su expedición.
