Article 45

Son Funciones De La Sección De Control De La Tecnología: A) Estudiar Las Solicitudes De Importación De Tecnologías Con El Objeto De Contribuir Al Desarrollo Nacional Y Al Pleno Empleo De La Fuerza Laboral Del País; B) Efectuar Investigaciones, Para Determinar La Conveniencia Social Del Establecimiento De Empresas Que Utilicen Tecnología Avanzada De Producción En El País, Y C) Rendir A La Jefatura De La División Los Informes Que Se Desprendan De Los Estudios E Investigaciones Realizadas

Articulo 45. Son funciones de la Sección de Control de la Tecnología

Estudiar las solicitudes de importación de tecnologías con el objeto de contribuir al desarrollo nacional y al pleno empleo de la fuerza laboral del país;

Efectuar investigaciones, para determinar la conveniencia social del establecimiento de empresas que utilicen tecnología avanzada de producción en el país, y

Rendir a la Jefatura de la División los informes que se desprendan de los estudios e investigaciones realizadas.
