Los empleados de aduanas no podrán recibir ni directa ni indirectamente, sueldos, préstamos, regalos, ni otros emolumentos de parte de quienquiera que habitualmente ventile asuntos con la aduana. Cualquiera infracción a lo dispuesto en este artículo, causará la remoción del respectivo empleado, el cual no podrá volver a ser nombrado para puesto público alguno durante los cinco años siguientes a su remoción.
