De las sanciones en caso de incumplimiento. La rotura o daño causado a los sellos o el incumplimiento en cualquier forma a lo establecido en el artículo 36 del presente Decreto dará lugar a la aplicación de las medidas preventivas o de seguridad señaladas en la Ley 09 de 1979, sin perjuicio de las sanciones a que haya lugar.
