Art. 11. Cuando la reincidencia se refiera á la violación del Artículo 4°, se aplicará la pena correspondiente, aumentada no ya con la tercera parte, sino con toda la pena impuesta anteriormente. También podrá imponerse, además, la pena de confinamiento de un Departamento á otro, por el término de un mes á un año.
