Cada acción dará derecho a un voto en las deliberaciones y decisiones de la Asamblea General de Accionistas, hasta la concurrencia de las mil (1,000) primeras acciones; de este número en adelante cada grupo o fracción de diez sólo dará derecho a un voto; pero en ningún caso podrá un accionista tener derecho a más de la tercera parte de los votos concurrentes a la Asamblea General.
