El Director General del Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos, Invima, distribuirá los cargos de la planta global a que hace referencia el artículo 1 º del presente decreto mediante acto administrativo y ubicará el personal teniendo en cuenta la organización interna, las necesidades del servicio y los planes y programas de la entidad.
