Tomador

Decreto 1070 de 2015 · por el cual se expide el Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo de Defensa.

Tomador. Es el prestador del servicio de vigilancia y seguridad privada obligado, en cuyo nombre se expide la póliza, y quien deberá sufragar el valor total correspondiente. En el caso de los Departamentos de Seguridad, el tomador será la persona natural o jurídica titular de la licencia de funcionamiento otorgada por la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada.

Parágrafo

Por ningún motivo ni por ningún medio, podrá el tomador transferir el costo al personal operativo.
