Sistema de pagos mensuales provisionales de carácter voluntario. Como un sistema exceptivo de la retención en la fuente a título del impuesto sobre la renta y complementario, la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) implementará por los meses de noviembre y diciembre de 2018 y a partir del 1° de enero del año 2019, el sistema de pagos mensuales provisionales de carácter voluntario para los contribuyentes de este impuesto de los sectores de los hidrocarburos y demás productos mineros.
