º Antes del vencimiento del permiso de estudio, su titular deberá presentar al Inderena o a la Corporación respectiva la solicitud de concesión de aguas, la cual deberá formalizarse en un todo de acuerdo con lo dispuesto por los Literales a), b), c), d), e), f), g), h), i), y j) del Artículo 54 del Decreto 1541 de 1978, anexando los siguientes documentos: 1) Copia auténtica del estudio de factibilidad. 2) Prueba de la propiedad del predio o predios a favor del solicitante o solicitantes.
