°. Planes de desempeño. El Consejo Nacional de Juegos de Suerte y Azar, en cumplimiento de sus funciones legales, definirá los objetivos, criterios, parámetros y plazos que reunirán los planes de desempeño que deban adoptar las entidades, empresas o sociedades sometidas a su vigilancia, con el propósito de facilitar su ejecución, seguimiento y calificación.
