Registro del Sello ante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo adelantará las acciones necesarias para solicitar el registro del Sello ante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio para que sea reconocido como una marca de certificación, una vez expida el manual gráfico y de uso del Sello, el cual constituirá el reglamento de uso aplicable en los términos del artículo 187 de la Decisión 486 de la Comisión de la Comunidad Andina.
