Se llevará con el dia de Rejistro en que deben anotarse, con un breve estracto de su contenido, las comunicaciones, memorables i demas documentos que entren a la Secretaría; el número de ordenacion de cada uno; la fecha en que los reparte el Oficial mayor a las secciones; el término que les fije para prepararlos; el dia en que éstos los devuelvan, i el en que se despachen por el Poder Ejecutivo o por el Secretario.
