Funciones del Departamento Nacional de Planeación relacionadas con el Consejo Nacional de Política Económica y Social (CONPES) . El Departamento Nacional de Planeación ejercerá las funciones de Secretaría Técnica del Consejo Nacional de Política Económica y Social (CONPES) conforme la reglamentación especial sobre la materia que expida el Gobierno Nacional.

Parágrafo

Las diferentes dependencias apoyarán el ejercicio de las funciones del Departamento Nacional de Planeación como Secretaría Técnica del CONPES, de acuerdo con sus competencias. CAPÍTULO II DE LA ESTRUCTURA Y FUNCIONES DE LAS DEPENDENCIAS
