Vigencia. El presente Capítulo transitorio rige a partir del 12 de julio de 2010 y sus disposiciones serán aplicables, incluso, cuando se expida la norma que traslade la administración de la educación a los pueblos indígenas. En este último caso, el presente Capítulo regirá exclusivamente la contratación de la administración de la atención educativa que requieran celebrar las entidades territoriales certificadas en educación con los cabildos, autoridades tradicionales indígenas, asociación de autoridades tradicionales indígenas y organizaciones indígenas.
