º . Las especies de franqueo oficial serán adheridas y anuladas en el respectivo telegrama o envío postal por el empleado de Correos y Telégrafos, en presencia del introductor. Respecto de los periódicos oficiales, el franqueo se hará en el ejemplar de la relación, que servirá para el descargo en la cuenta de especies oficiales.
