Para atender al servicio de amortización e intereses de este empréstito y por todos los años que dure la amortización, se destinará necesariamente, en el Presupuesto Nacional una partida no menor de trescientos mil pesos.

Parágrafo

A los fondos que aquí se señalan para el servicio de este empréstito no podrá darse ninguna otra aplicación.
