Articulo 8º . Planta de Personal. Los funcionarios de la planta de personal de la Dirección Nacional del Derecho de Autor continuarán desarrollando las funciones a su cargo hasta que se adopte la planta de personal en la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. El plazo máximo para adoptar la planta será hasta el 30 de noviembre del presente año.
