Los autos motivados mediante los cuales se dispongan allanamientos y registros, retenciones de correspondencia, interceptaciones de comunicaciones, no se darán a conocer a las partes mientras el funcionario considere que ello puede interferir el desarrollo de la respectiva diligencia. Contra dichos autos no procede recurso alguno.
