Créase el Tribunal Seccional Administrativo de Córdoba, con jurisdicción en el Departamento del mismo nombre, cuya cabecera será la ciudad de Montería. El personal de dicho Tribunal será el siguiente: tres (3) Magistrados, un (1) Secretario y un (1) Portero Escribiente, con las asignaciones correspondientes a los de su clase.
