Artículo segundo. Facúltase igualmente a los funcionarios expresados en el artículo anterior para que, en el momento en que ellos acuerden, constituyan una nueva Sociedad que tendrá el mismo objeto social que la disuelta, y a la cual deberán aportar las partes de interés que le sean adjudicadas al Departamento del Valle y al Municipio de Cali en la liquidación correspondiente de los bienes de la Empresa o Sociedad actualmente existente, más lo que a cada uno corresponda en el alza o aumento de capital ya autorizado por el Decreto número 671 de 27 de febrero de este año.
