Los programas informativos radionoticieros y periodísticos (radioperiodísticos) que se transmitan por servicios de radiodifusión, o de radiodifusión combinada, requieren licencia especial otorgada por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, previo el cumplimiento de los requisitos señalados en el artículo 7º de la Ley 74 de 1966.
