Art. 7.° Recibida del Tesorero general, en el Banco nacional, la cantidad que conforme al artículo 5.° haya pasado en depósito de imposicion perpétua á favor de algun establecimiento de Beneficencia &o. lo inscribirá determinado el carácter del depósito y sus pormenores, sin que al Banco nacional le corresponda entenderse con ningun censualista, Síndico, &o., pues es el Tesorero federal el que responde y compromete la fe del Gobierno nacional.
