Contratos. Los contratos que celebre la Zona Franca deben contener las cláusulas que sobre garantías, caducidad administrativa y reclamaciones diplomáticas se exigen para los del Gobierno. La declaratoria de caducidad, llegado el caso, se hará por el propio establecimiento.
