Por el término de cuatro (4) años que consagra el artículo 3º de esta Ley, el Gobierno Nacional renovará anualmente los contratos celebrados con la Fundación OCCA. La suma destinada a pagar las obligaciones de los contratos y que estatuye el artículo 3º serán satisfechas por doceavas partes durante la ejecución del mismo.
