Planes de contingencia. Las autoridades de tránsito y transporte de cualquier orden territorial, deberán poner en marcha planes de contingencia para la circulación por las vías de su jurisdicción, cuando dicha circulación se vea perturbada por obras, manifestaciones o actividades similares.
