Término para resolver el recurso. El término para expedir y notificar la resolución que resuelva el recurso de reconsideración al que se refiere el artículo 26 del presente decreto, será de siete (7) meses contados a partir del día siguiente a su interposición en debida forma. Contra la resolución que rechace el recurso de reconsideración no procederá recurso alguno.
