Correcciones de errores administrativos. El Incomex establecerá procedimientos para corregir los errores que aparezcan en las determinaciones definitivas, en un plazo razonable después de publicadas las resoluciones que las contengan. Tales procedimientos garantizarán a las partes interesadas la posibilidad de presentar sus opiniones acerca de tales errores. Se entiende por “error administrativo” todo error de operación aritmética.
