Los Generales retirados tienen derecho a usar el uniforme en los días de fiesta nacional y en ceremonias religiosas y oficiales solemnes. El Gobierno puede conceder el mimo derecho a otros Oficiales de guerra, retirados, de grado inferior, siempre que su conducta pública y privada sea intachable, a juicio del mismo Gobierno.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno dispondrá que los Generales y Oficiales a que se refiere este artículo, usen en el uniforme algún distintivo que los diferencie de los que están en servicio activo.
