Destínase la cantidad de seis mil pesos ( $ 6,000 ) anuales para los gastos que ocasionen la conservación de la histórica Quinta de Bolívar y la compra de objetos para el Museo y Biblioteca bolivianos allí establecidos.

Esta cantidad será cubierta a la Junta de la Quinta y Museo de Bolívar, establecida por la Ley 53 de 1919 , y se considerará incluída en el Presupuesto de la vigencia en curso y siguientes.
