° Una vez formado el censo de que trata el artículo 4° de la junta, previo estudio de las documentaciones que se le hayan presentado, y de los datos e informaciones que con respecto a ellas haya allegado, procederá a determinar si los reclamantes tienen derecho al auxilio y, en caso afirmativo, fijara proporcionalmente su cuantía, por medio de resoluciones motivadas.
