LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.2.9.2.6. Radicación de memoriales en la sede principal y en las intendencias regionales de la Superintendencia de Sociedades. Las partes podrán radicar memoriales en las oficinas de radicación del juez del concurso, incluso en aquellas distintas de la sede donde se adelanta el proceso, como la sede principal o las intendencias regionales de la Superintendencia de Sociedades. Los memoriales se entenderán presentados oportunamente si son recibidos antes del cierre del despacho del día en que vence el término.
