El artículo 89 del Decreto 1046 de 1978 quedara así: De las prestaciones a que tienen derecho los empleados del Departamento Nacional de Planeación. Sin detrimento de las prestaciones contempladas en el presente Decreto ni de los demás que por cualquier razón viniera disfrutando, los empleados a que se refieren su artículo 1° gozaran de las prestaciones sociales de que tratan los Decretos 3135 de 1978 Las funciones del Departamento Nacional de Planeación tendrán derecho al pago de subsidio familiar de acuerdo a las normas vigentes
