Auxíliase con doscientos cincuenta mil pesos ($ 250.000.00) a la Sociedad de Cirugía de Bogotá para que esta funde la sala "Jorge Bejarano", en donde se reciban y traten niños recién nacidos que requieran atención médica hospitalaria especializada, y donde además se enseñe a la madre a cuidar a sus hijos.
