Establézcase un término adicional de tres (3) meses, contados a partir de la fecha de expedición del presente decreto, para efectuar la transferencia de los bienes muebles e inmuebles del Instituto Nacional de Vías al Ministerio de Cultura, empleados para el desarrollo de los programas y funcionamiento de la Subdirección de Monumentos Nacionales del Instituto Nacional de Vías.
