Una vez vencido el término señalado, el Ministro de la Presidencia de la República remitirá la lista al Presidente de la República, quien, en un término de dos (2) días calendario, elaborará la lista definitiva de candidatos, en la que podrá incluir el nombre de otros ciudadanos.
