Contra la providencia que imponga una sanción o exonere de responsabilidad proceden los recursos de reposición y apelación, según el caso dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes al de la notificación, de conformidad con el Decreto Ley 01 de 1984. Los recursos deberán interponerse y sustentarse por escrito.
