El que denunciare ante la autoridad una infracción penal, a sabiendas de que no se ha cometido, incurrirá en multa de cincuenta a mil pesos. Si para formular la denuncia de que trata el inciso anterior, se simularen pruebas, la sanción será de cinco días a un año de arresto, a menos que la simulación constituya por sí misma un delito especial que tenga señalada otra sanción. Se impondrá la misma sanción de que trata el inciso anterior, al que con el fin de entorpecer el curso de una investigación, se declare responsable ante la autoridad de una infracción que no ha cometido.
