Perfeccionado el sumario por delito que deba ser juzgado por un Consejo de Guerra ordinario, el funcionario instructor lo pasará previa la exposición fiscal, al Comandante de la Unidad o Cuerpo de tropas a que pertenezca el sindicado, poniendo éste a su disposición.
