De las prohibiciones de las asociaciones. A ninguna asociación agropecuaria o campesina le será permitido

Establecer restricciones o llevar a cabo prácticas que impliquen discriminaciones sociales, económicas, religiosas o políticas.

Conceder ventajas o privilegios a los promotores o fundadores.

Desarrollar actividades distintas a las enumeradas en sus estatutos.

Consagrar como objetivo social principal el desarrollo de actividades comerciales, ni desviar en tal sentido su objeto social principal.
