Artículo único. Aumentáse á mil pesos mensuales ($ 1,000) el sueldo del Portero Escribiente del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, sueldo que se reconoce desde el 1.° del presente mes. Por el Ministerio del Tesoro se abrirá el respectivo crédito adicional al Presupuesto en curso, Capítulo 20, Artículo 195
