El Consejo Nacional de Cooperativas se reunirá ordinariamente por lo menos una (1) vez al mes por convocación que hará el Secretario del mismo Consejo de acuerdo con el Ministerio del Trabajo, y fuera de ello cuando el Superintendente Nacional de Cooperativas, de acuerdo con el Ministro, lo considere necesario.
