En los exámenes o concursos previstos en los escalafones de empleos de las distintas dependencias oficiales, los Consejos de Administración y Disciplina se asesorarán de expertos en la respectiva materia, nombrados por el mismo Consejo. Los candidatos pagarán como derechos por el examen de admisión la suma de diez ($10), que corresponde a los asesores arriba mencionados, conforme a la distribución que hará el Consejo respectivo.
