º. Las importaciones de sacos de polipropileno de la subpartida arancelaria 63.05.31.20.00 provenientes de los países miembros del Acuerdo de Cartagena pagarán un gravamen de 2,98%, excepto las del Perú a las cuales se les aplicará el arancel de terceros países.

Parágrafo

El gravamen de que trata el presente artículo se aplicará en las condiciones establecidas en el mismo hasta el momento en que se publique el pronunciamiento de la Junta del Acuerdo de Cartagena sobre la salvaguardia de que trata este Decreto.
