Reglamento interno del recaudo de cartera. El reglamento interno previsto en el numeral 1 del artículo 2° de la Ley 1066 de 2006, deberá ser expedido a través de normatividad de carácter general, en el orden nacional y territorial por los representantes legales de cada entidad.

(Artículo 1°, Decreto 4473 de 2006) (El presente decreto rige a partir de su publicación y deroga los artículos 7°, 8° y 9° del Decreto 1240 de 1979; el Decreto 2126, del 28 de julio de 1983 y demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.)
