Los Suboficiales que se retiren o que sean retirados antes de diez (10) años de servicio en el Ejército, no tendrán derecho a sueldo de retiro, sino únicamente a la devolución de sus cuotas, sin intereses, previa la comprobación de haber sido inscrito como reservistas.
