º. Estructura. La estructura de la Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios será la siguiente

Despacho del Superintendente de Servicios Públicos.

Despacho del Superintendente Delegado para acueducto, alcantarillado y aseo.

Despacho del Superintendente Delegado para energía y gas combustible.

Despacho del Superintendente Delegado para telecomunicaciones.

Secretaría General.

Parágrafo

La estructura de la Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos es concentrada, en consecuencia, no tendrá oficinas delegadas en las entidades territoriales.
